Biography

Dr. Sanjay Sarup is a leading paediatric orthopaedic and spine surgeon. He is currently the Head of Orthopaedics Department (Unit Two) and Paediatric Orthopaedics Department with Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of paediatrics and adult orthopaedics.

Prior to joining Artemis, he started the Paediatric orthopaedic Unit at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in 2004 and developed the Paediatric orthopaedic and Spine Department at Medanta Hospital.

In addition to many other orthopaedic treatments, Dr. Sarup undertakes surgery to treat scoliosis, kyphosis, clubfoot, dislocated hips, and prenatal hip deformity. He is one of the few orthopaedic surgeons in India with a focus on both adult and paediatric surgery.

He received his orthopaedic training in prestigious facilities in India and the UK, and he is a paediatric orthopaedic fellow at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow. He was granted membership in prestigious groups such the Delhi Spine Society, Indian Arthroplasty Society, Paediatric orthopaedic Society of India, and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.

Additionally, he has published a number of articles in renowned national and international medical journals.
