Dr. Rahul Bhargava began his Stem Cell Transplant experience from Medanta in 2010. He has performed more than a thousand transplants to date. Dr. Bhargava is recognised for founding ten low-cost centres around India, including those at Sarvodaya Hospital, Batra Hospital, Action Balaji Hospital, and others. Dr. Rahul Bhargava actively participates in several government projects in order to offer low cost BMT therapy to the general public with a goal of an India free of anaemia and thalassemia.
At Fortis Memorial Research Institute, his long-held dream of creating the first comprehensive centre of excellence in haematology, paediatric haematology, and stem cell transplantation has come true.
Dr. Rahul Bhargava made history in 2016 by performing and popularising the first stem cell transplant for multiple sclerosis. Dr. Bhargava is regarded as one of the top stem cell transplant experts in Delhi and Gurgaon due to his extensive expertise in this field.
Dr. Bhargava examined more than 500 kids at schools throughout Haryana and the neighbouring areas in 2018 because of his significant interest in community haematology. Additionally, Dr. Rahul Bhargava has completed more than 1000 CMEs to date.
He is regarded as one of the greatest haematologists in Delhi and Gurgaon because of his active participation with the community in raising awareness about various blood illnesses.
